Dr. Yaquta Patni

Dr. Patni, MD is a board-certified geriatrician and wound care specialist who provides care for patients with complex medical problems. Her focus is on providing in-home care service by helping patients and families navigate an extremely complex healthcare system. Determined to improve the patient experience Dr. Patni works with her patients where they need her the most: in the hospital, at home, or virtualy.
