CEO & Founder
Dr. Patni, MD is a board-certified geriatrician and wound care specialist who provides care for patients with complex medical problems. Her focus is on providing palliative care service by helping patients and families navigate an extremely vulnerable period of their healthcare journey.

Ashley received her Masters in Nursing from Marquette University and is a certified pediatric nurse specializing in primary care. With over eight years of experience.

Emma Jang graduated from University of Ulsan in Physiological Science. She continued her education at Yale School of Nursing, earning her Masters in Nursing with a focus in Palliative Primary Care.

Kevin graduated in Nursing Practice from Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) and is board certified as an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
